ANTOS — the DevSecOps manual
ANTOS is a DevSecOps-methodology showcase — a scroll-driven walkthrough of an 8-stage secure pipeline — that also carries a handful of live, login-gated dashboards over real findings and tool data. This manual covers both the public walkthrough and the gated views.
What ANTOS is
Two things in one site. Publicly, ANTOS explains how secure software gets built — an animated, scroll-spied journey through eight pipeline stages. Behind sign-in, it exposes the real thing: a findings triage view, tool-scan results and posture dashboards.

public; the Findings / Tools / HLD / operating-model pages are login-gated.The 8-stage pipeline walkthrough
The centrepiece: a scroll-driven walkthrough of the eight stages of a secure delivery pipeline, with an orchestrator view, a workflow showcase (GitHub Actions) and a stage-by-stage narrative. Scroll to move through it; the pipeline nav tracks where you are.
Findings Login
The live findings viewer: security findings by severity, classified true- vs false-positive, with fix recommendations and correlation. This is the real triage surface behind the showcase.
Tools Login
The tool-scan results view — what each scanner reported, with fixable flags — plus a traffic view. The public tooling-analysis page complements it with the methodology.
HLD & operating model Login
The high-level design and operating-model documents live behind sign-in — the reference for how the programme is architected and run. A public OpenClaw / ninjaclaw page also showcases CVEs against their mitigations.
Access
Everything under the walkthrough is open; the Findings, Tools, HLD and operating-model pages redirect to sign-in. Sign in via the ecosystem to reach them.
